Rebuild, Reconnect, & Renew Your Relationship

Are you feeling disconnected in your relationship?

Do you find yourselves stuck in the same arguments, feeling unseen or unheard?

If so, you’re not alone.

Many couples go through difficult phases, but it doesn’t have to mean the end.

I am here to help you explore the possibility of transforming your relationship into something deeper, stronger, and more fulfilling.

How I Can Help

Through working together in couples therapy, I can help you:

  • Learn new ways to communicate and truly listen.
  • Explore unresolved issues from the past that may be affecting your present.
  • Rebuild trust, respect, and intimacy.
  • Develop skills to manage conflict with love and care.
  • Discover how to balance independence and togetherness.

What I Offer

I offer a safe space to explore the complexities of your relationship. Using a blend of modern and creative approaches to couples therapy, I hold you in the possibility of moving from conflict to connection, from blame to understanding.

Healing the Wounded Parts

I work to help you both understand how past experiences, often from childhood, can impact your adult relationships. Unhealed wounds may cause you or your partner to act defensively or avoid intimacy. In our sessions, we’ll gently explore these hidden parts, helping you both understand how old wounds might be affecting your relationship today.

Restoring Balance and Respect

I will also help you explore the power dynamics in your relationship. Sometimes, one partner can dominate or withdraw, creating imbalance. I work with you to bring more equality, mutual respect, and partnership. My goal is to help you build a relationship where both partners feel heard, valued, and supported.

Reigniting Intimacy and Passion

Esther Perel teaches us that relationships need both security and excitement. Sometimes, couples become stuck in routine, losing the spark that once brought them together. I can help you explore how to bring passion and intimacy back into your connection. By understanding the dance between closeness and distance, there can be possibility in reigniting the fire in your relationship.

Awareness, Acceptance and Action

I provide a gentle but effective environment for change based on curiosity, non-judgement and self compassion. This supports a model for change drawing on awareness, acceptance and action.

I offer some insight into these areas below to start you off on your journey of awareness and acceptance.
