I offer a free initial 20 minute online call so you can get a sense and feel of who I am and whether you would like to work together.
If you decide to go ahead after this initial call, the first full session will focus on getting an initial sense of your story.
Before the session, I will send you an optional questionnaire exploring:
why you are looking for therapy now
your history and background
what your hopes are for the work
At the end of this session, we can then agree and discuss if it feels appropriate to work together in the longer term.
This might include agreeing a fixed set of sessions exploring a specific area or story, that we would then review, or starting ongoing work with a spirit of curiosity to see what unfolds.
